We strive to ship orders out within 1-2 business days, but as a small business it may take longer during busy times. You’ll get an email with the tracking number once your order is processed + shipped, at which point it typically takes 2-5 business days for your order to arrive.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship our individual kits to all U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii), Puerto Rico, and Canada. We also ship our kits worldwide for virtual team building events. Free shipping offers only apply to U.S. orders.

Who pays customs + duties fees?
Shipping fee does not include customs and duties fees (if required) of the destination country. Customers are responsible for additional fees applied upon delivery. Customs + duties are not required for USA shipment destinations.
